Specific Terms and Conditions

	Asahi Beer Giveaway
Opening/Closing Date & Time	The token giveaway will be taking place between 13:00 – 14:30 on 13th August 2022. Giveaway will only be available between 13:00 – 14:30 on 13th August 2022 and the token will not be able to be redeemed before or after this time.
How to enter	All ticket holders to the Man City Football Club (MCFC) v Bournemouth game taking place on 13 August 2022 will receive an email to be sent directly from MCFC on 9 August 2022. The email will have a link to click through to a data capture form asking for First Name, Last Name, Email address, Mobile number and Date of Birth, as well as an opt in button. Once the member has submitted their data they will receive an email by return with a token to download which will allow them to redeem one free drink. The free drink will include a pint of Asahi Super Dry OR half pint of Asahi Super Dry OR a soft drink. The free drink is only able to be redeemed between 13:00 – 14:30 on 13 August 2022 at any internal concourse bars within the Etihad Stadium, subject to availability and whilst stocks last only. One voucher to be redeemed per person.
Eligibility	The email from MCFC will only be sent to anyone over 18 years old. Man City Football Group have a strict challenge 25 policy at all bars at the Etihad Stadium. The right to redeem the token shall be subject to and at the sole discretion of the var staff at the Etihad Stadium.

• These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the Specific terms and conditions above. Together, they shall be referred to as the “terms and conditions”.
• Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the Specific Terms and Conditions above.
• If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs online affecting the data capture process, token download, or token validation, the Promoter does not take any responsibility.
• Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participants entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any promotion award will be void.
• The token for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• The promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
